 Serving Tips 

  • Try to include a variety of textures and flavours. Some examples:
    Aged: Aged Cheddar, Comte, Goat Gouda
    Soft: Constant Bliss, Camembert
    Firm: Manchego, Parmigiano-Reggiano
    Blue: Gorgonzola Dolce & Valdeón
