Care - 

Prolonged exposure to sunlight should be avoided as colour/polish may fade. Care should be taken to protect the products from water as it can cause damage. Avoid using abrasive materials like scrub pads as they may scratch the surface. Clean with a slightly damp, soft micro fibre cloth in the directions of the wood grains.Do not keep warm or cold items directly on the product surface, always use coasters or mats.
Avoid sliding or passing items placed over the product, to prevent scratches and damage to the finish.

We know - no one likes to pay for shipping (us included!). You expect your products to reach you safe and sound, timely, and free of shipping charges. Well, we hear you, which is why we offer nominal shipping across India on all orders. So shop your

Do I have to pay for shipping?

yes we do charge shipping for small orders.

For orders under Rs.5000/- is Rs 150 only

For orders above Rs 5000/- is free shipping in India  

For Express by air orders - 500/- per order (3-7 days for delivery)

Shipping time for following areas after dispatch  :-

1) DELHI, NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh &  Uttar Pradesh  - 3 to 6 days 

2) Mumbai ,other area in Maharashtra, Pune and Chhattisgarh - 8 to 12 days

3) Rest of south India/states in Eastern India  -7 to 14 days  

4) rest of north India - 9 to 15 days 

5) States in north east India - 10-21  days

FOR LARGE SCULPTURES & CUSTOM PRODUCTS

For large sculptures, statues, furniture and all objects & form collections – goods are dispatched in 4-6 weeks. Delivery time will take 6-8 weeks, please confirm with sales team at the time of booking the order. We offer replacement in case of damage in transit, please share picture on the day of receiving the goods.

 

REFUND POLICY

We offer 100% replacement for any damages in transit, please share images on WhatsApp within 6 hours of receiving the goods for the same.

Made to order products

refund or return. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
